The Four Quarter Square Method is a structured, science-backed approach to career decision-making. It was developed by Mr. Mohit Mangal over two decades of working with students across every background, stream, and ambition.
Unlike generic aptitude tests, the 4QS Method evaluates four distinct dimensions of every student simultaneously — ensuring no single factor drives the recommendation, and that the student's full picture is captured.
The result: a career direction that is genuinely aligned with who the student is, not just what scores or trends suggest.
Each quadrant captures a different dimension of who the student is. All four must align for a career recommendation to hold.
Your orientation toward learning — are you a visual learner, a hands-on doer, or a theoretical thinker? LQ determines which study environments, teaching styles, and academic paths will energise rather than drain you.
Measured across verbal, numerical, spatial, and logical dimensions — not just a single score, but a profile. This reveals where your natural strengths lie and which careers will let those strengths compound over time.
